License Agreement

Netwave Interactive Marketing, Inc. pays licensing fees for the rights to use copyrighted music, video, fonts, photos and illustrations in the development of creative materials for our clients. The rights to these art forms are transferable to the our clients only when used in the finished artwork, including websites that we have produced on the their behalf. Our licensing agreements prohibit us from providing original copyright files for the our clients’ use. Similarly, we are not liable for unauthorized use of licensed artwork, such as editing finished artwork and reapplying copyrighted materials to uses other than originally intended.
