While we aren’t event planners (though we have been known to throw a killer office holiday party) our design work plays a major role in our clients’ events. From promotional materials to pre-event digital advertising, our Creative team’s work can be seen at events up and down the Jersey Shore. Let’s take a look at projects we’ve done for recent events.
Patio-Palooza
Hosted by the Patio Bar, the annual Patio-Palooza event is a celebration of “Local Summer” that raises money for a worthy cause. With a lineup of over 20 local bands, this year’s event benefited the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. We’ve been designing the annual Patio-Palooza poster since 2012, with our Creative team knocking out new designs and concepts each year. In addition to designing the promotional poster, we also design the event t-shirt sold each year, with proceeds benefiting the chosen organization.
Apple Fest / Pumpkin Fest
Delicious Orchards celebrates the beauty of Autumn with two annual events – Apple Fest and Pumpkin Fest. Held in September and October of each year these events have become a local tradition guaranteed to draw huge crowds. For almost a decade we have designed the annual poster and shirt for each event. Our Creative team tries to top themselves every year, thinking of unique new concepts that push the boundaries of what one would typically see for a local event’s advertising.
Community Day
One of the things that makes Manasquan Bank so unique is their dedication to the communities they serve. Over the past 6 years, their annual Community Day event has grown to become an annual festival celebrating their customers. The posters designed by our Creative team tie Manasquan Bank’s current branding with eye-catching graphics that are later hung on a gallery wall at the bank’s headquarters in Wall, NJ!
Raceway Park
Recently we designed banner ads for Raceway Park’s annual Swap Meet and Car Show to drive potential attendees to more information about the event. Raceway Park’s bi-annual Swap Meets are held each year in April and September, these three-day events boast hundreds of vendors and cars on display. Digital advertising can work in tandem with traditional promotion efforts like event flyers, our team designs and executes digital efforts including banner ads, social media advertising, and email campaigns.
What Makes An Effective Event Promo?
It Fits Your Brand
The artwork promoting your company’s events is an extension of your branding and should be in line with your current marketing.
It’s Eye-Catching
In the age of social media, you’re competing with a constant stream of marketing from brands large and small. Make sure your event graphics are vibrant and contain all the information attendees will need.
It’s Targeted
When it comes to promoting your event through digital ads, make sure you’re targeting the ideal audience and locations. Pair digital campaigns with organic tactics like Facebook Events to get attendees to RSVP pre-event.
